Erin joined Team IMPACT in January 2022 and currently serves as the Match-Up Specialist for the Midwest Region. In this role, she works directly with Team IMPACT families and athletic teams to coordinate successful matches.

Prior to Team IMPACT, Erin was the Assistant Volleyball Coach at DePaul University, a NCAA DI institution in Chicago. Erin worked closely with Team IMPACT during her time at DePaul as the volleyball team was a successful match to a young girl in the Chicago area. Erin also coached at the DII and high school levels.

Before coaching, Erin spent two years working as a Youth Trauma Specialist in the Davenport Community Schools in Davenport, Iowa. Erin worked with children who had been impacted by traumatic experiences (ACES), spending each day with the students in the school’s de-escalation room, a safe space for students to get back on track after being triggered in specific circumstances that took them away from the classroom setting.

In her free time, Erin enjoys photography, trying new food, and spending time with her family and friends.

When asked the question, “Why Team IMPACT?” Erin said: I was first introduced to Team IMPACT while coaching college volleyball, and my team was matched within the program. I immediately fell in love with the organization and felt very connected with the mission. This is about making a difference in not only the lives of the children and families, but adding value to the student-athlete experience in something much bigger than sport. I am grateful and excited to be part of the Team IMPACT family in this role.
