Flynn began his career working with gang-involved youth in Boston’s Dorchester neighborhood. He is a founding board member of the Boston Chapter of Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (YNPN) and is an active volunteer and board member with many nonprofit organizations.

When asked the question, “Why Team IMPACT?” Kevin said:
I’m the proudest father to two little girls.  My youngest, Molly, has cerebral palsy.  Being able to work at Team IMPACT and support families, like mine, that are dealing with challenging diagnoses or disability is personally so rewarding.  I love seeing the moments of pure joy for the kids in our program, and getting to know some of the toughest, most resilient and inspiring families in the world.
