Prior to Team IMPACT, Molly worked as a school social worker in both high school and elementary school settings. Molly grew up in the Chicagoland area and earned her MSW from University of Chicago after completing her undergraduate degree in Human Development from Boston College. In her spare time, Molly enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Conway. Molly also enjoys traveling to new places and trying new things.
When asked the question, “Why Team IMPACT?” Molly said:
Team IMPACT gives me the opportunity to help children see the limitless potential that they have within themselves to make a difference in this world and to impact others’ lives. Being able to see the power of something as simple as a relationship between a child and an athlete make such a difference for both sides has been inspiring and motivational to me.
