Patrick Maddigan was named Team IMPACT’s Director of Operations in January of 2017. A former practicing Massachusetts attorney, with both operational and development experience, Maddigan works with the Executive Director and the leadership team to set and meet the organization’s strategic goals. In addition to fostering a solid operational infrastructure, areas of focus include: Human Resources, Finance, IT, Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management.

Most recently, Maddigan served as an Attorney and Director of Business Development for a real estate-focused law firm, successfully growing their presence across South Eastern Massachusetts and on Cape Cod. Prior, he operated his own practice concentrating on Civil Litigation, Landlord-Tenant, Estate Planning and Real Estate matters, and served as Director of Operations and Business Development for a real estate-focused start up title and escrow company.

Maddigan earned his Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, where he was a 4-year letter winner on their now nationally ranked DIII football team and a 4-year captain of their club lacrosse team. He later obtained his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School, marking him as the third generation of his family to become an attorney. In between, Maddigan spent time in the action sports industry, with organizations such as Burton Snowboards and the Aspen Skiing Company.

In his spare time, Maddigan is still an avid lacrosse player and snowboarder and spends much of his time during the summers in his hometown of Falmouth, MA. He is the lucky husband to his wife Michelle, and father to two amazing boys, Finn and Camden.

When asked the question, “Why Team IMPACT?” Pat said:
I joined Team IMPACT in an effort to let my values drive my career and help me find a way to do significant good in the world, every day.  I found an amazing and personally relatable mission as well as an organization on the verge of extraordinary growth and professional opportunity. The chance to have a hand in growing Team IMPACT into a national household name, while supporting a program doing truly impactful work, remains highly compelling and motivating.
