When Mitchell joined the University of Minnesota football team, his family watched as he blossomed and formed bonds with the players, who have embraced him as part of their family. Their friendship not only boosted Mitchell’s confidence but also motivated his new teammates, giving them a better understanding of resilience and the importance of patience. The connection they’ve formed is a powerful one, that has transformed their lives, both on and off the field, and will only continue.
